Carlos Beltrami obtained his Diploma in Physical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in 2020. Between 2020 and 2022, he worked as a researcher at the New Technologies Research Centre of the University of West Bohemia (UWB), where he designed several infrared detection setups for industrial processes. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Faculty of Engineering of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Unibz), where he is working on developing sensors and systems for Smart textiles.

Fabrication and characterization of sensors and thin-film electronics on textiles.
