Project duration: May 2024 – May 2025
Distinguished International Associate: Niko Münzenrieder
Lead UK collaborator: Radu Sporea – Advanced Technology Institute, University of Surrey
This project, funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering, focuses on the creation of an international network to work on source-gated transistors for flexible oxide based analogue circuits. The ambition is to utilize this scientific goal to build an international network which ensures the bidirectional transfer of knowledge between the UK and international partners. To achieve this, a number of scientific and public outreach activities will be performed during the project period.
Upcoming activities:
- Visit of the Surrey team at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (27.-29.01.2025). Withe an IEEE EDS distinguished lecture by Radu Sporea
Previous activities:
- September 2024: British Science Festival, University of East London
