My name is Hafiza Faiqa Maqsood. I did Bachelors in physics from Bahaddin Zakriya University Multan in 2017. After that I did my master degree in microelectronics engineering and semiconductor physics with distinction from Punjab University Lahore, Pakistan in 2019. I have three year teaching experience at the University of Education Lahore, Pakistan. I taught many major subjects.

My research experience and expertise includes: 1) Effect of spin coating speed on the electrical performance of solution processible ZnO based thin film transistors. 2) Fabrication and characterization of micro and nano scale devices. 3) Optimization of performance parameters of thin film transistors based on metal oxide. 4) UV ozone treatment setup for surface cleaning. And 5) RFID cards (Bachelor’s project)
